What is the testing process?
Please purchase the test by clicking “Buy Now”. Once you purchase the test, you'll receive a DNA sample collection package which includes-
· a DNA sample kit with instructions
· a pre-paid return envelope pack to ship your sample to our laboratory
Please collect the sample as instructed and send them back to our laboratory using the pre-paid envelope. You will receive a notification by email once the results are uploaded in your profile. You can view the report on your phone by saving the App.

How long does it take to receive the kit?
If your location is within Ontario, you can typically expect to receive the sample collection kit within 3-5 business days under normal circumstances. For major cities outside of Ontario, delivery may take 5-7 business days.
For rural or remote locations, delivery times may exceed the usual timeframe.
Please note that delivery timelines depend on various factors, such as weather conditions, postal delays, strikes, or address discrepancies. While we aim for timely delivery, PPI cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe under exceptional circumstances.
Is the shipping cost included in the test price?
All shipping costs are included in the price. When you order, you need to provide your complete shipping address to receive the sample collection kit via Canada Post.
If you prefer to receive and/or return the sample collection kit via express mail or Purolator, please select the “Priority Shipping (1–3 business days)” option. An additional fee of $50 applies.
What is the turnaround timeframe for receiving the report?
The reports are usually delivered within 5-7 business days after receiving the samples in our laboratory.
