From explaining what your genetic test results mean to following up with you weeks after medication changes have been made, our pharmacists are here to truly ensure that you are met with the best medication for YOU!
Here is what a typical 3 Stage Patient Journey entails:
Stage 1: Your Purchase and Onboarding
Pharmacist call for a brief discussion
Consent documents are forwarded electronically
DNA Testing Kit is sent to you with instructions and a return envelope
You send your sample back to us at your leisure
Stage 2: Genetic Test and Pharmacist Interpretation
Our Lab does a genetic analysis to determine your unique genetic makeup and SNPs
Your Genetic Profile is uploaded to our system
Your Pharmacist reviews and interprets your Genetic Profile (watch the video to see how pharmacists do this and why their expertise so important)
Your Pharmacist prepares a recommendation
They reach out to you and your doctor to discuss their recommendations based on strong pharmacogenomic evidence
Stage 3: Medication Changes
Your Doctor changes your prescription
As you begin with your new medication, your Pharmacist will guide you throughout the entire process (i.e. how to taper and titrate your medication, manage side effects, etc)
Your Pharmacist will reach out to you even months after you've changed your prescription to make sure your medication is working
Your Pharmacist is always available to you and your doctor.
