Once you purchase your test, we will mail you a DNA sample collection kit containing everything you need to complete and return your sample.
Your sample collection package includes:
- A DNA cheek swab collection kit
- Step-by-step sample collection instructions
- A prepaid return envelope for mailing your sample to our laboratory
Shipping is included in the purchase price—there are no additional shipping charges.
