Once you purchase the test, you'll receive a DNA sample collection package which includes a DNA swab sample kit with instructions with a pre-paid return envelop to ship your sample to our laboratory.

All shipping costs are included in the price. When you order, you need to provide your complete shipping address to receive the sample collection kit via Canada Post.
If your location is within Ontario, you can typically expect to receive the sample collection kit within 2–3 business days under normal circumstances. For major cities outside of Ontario, delivery may take 3–5 business days.
For rural or remote locations, delivery times may exceed the usual timeframe.
