After purchase, you’ll receive a DNA sample collection package that includes:
- A DNA sample kit with instructions
- A prepaid return envelope to ship your sample to our laboratory

How Long Until I Receive the Kit?
If you’re in Ontario, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. For major cities outside Ontario, delivery may take 5–7 business days. Rural or remote locations may take longer. Delivery timelines depend on factors like weather, postal delays, or strikes. PPI cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe under exceptional circumstances.
Is Shipping Included?
All shipping costs are included. Provide your full address to receive the kit via Canada Post. For express or Purolator shipping (1–3 business days), select “Priority Shipping” at checkout for an additional $50 fee.
